Bhenoy “Ben” Dembla is a philanthropist and venture capitalist in Miami Beach, Florida, who excels at raising capital for startup companies in the real estate, entertainment and hospitality, and manufacturing sectors, as well as tech startups. Bhenoy Dembla spent two decades in the chemical manufacturing industry, including nearly 10 years with General Chemical, previously a Honeywell Corporation. He joined the company out of college in the General Chemical Career Development program, followed by roles in sales and marketing. Following time as an analyst, he served the company as head of Eastern Region Sales as well as of Midwest Sales.

Bhenoy Dembla Serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for several global companies.

B. Dembla’s education background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University. He remains involved with the Simon Business School as founder and manager of the Ben Dembla Foundation, a scholarship provider. He has established other charitable foundations and supports groups such as the Hooved Animal Rescue and Protection Society.
